We Are
A dedicated non-profit created in Wayne County in 1988. Bridgefort currently has two locations active. One is located in Hamtramck, MI which is focused on residents experiencing mental health challenges. The location in Detroit MI is a home that focuses on individuals with Autism. Bridgefort provides assistance with activities of daily living. Help with tasks such as grooming and basic personal care needs.
Our dedicated staff provide around-the-clock care and assistance with daily living, including grooming, dressing, meal preparation, and medication management. Beyond daily support, we focus on helping residents build independence, confidence, and community connections. Our mission is to ensure that every resident experiences dignity, comfort, and belonging while receiving the care they need to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.

A state of continuous oversight and immediate support, typically in a home or facility setting, where caregivers or staff are available at all times, day and night, to ensure safety, assist with personal needs, and provide prompt intervention for medical or safety concerns
